Tom Beh rejoined the Murray Law Firm in March, 2022 bringing his twenty-five years of litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas, including personal injury, construction, insurance coverage, commercial damage claims (both statutory and contractual), and other complex matters. He advises clients in dispute resolution and litigation, including trial and appellate work in both state and federal courts as well as appearances before numerous federal, state and local administrative bodies. He focuses on the economical and efficient resolution of complex disputes, whether through proactive measures taken before litigation or through the litigation process.

In addition to his role as a litigator, Tom is also a certified mediator in Louisiana. He has extensive experience in mediation of commercial disputes, including construction, securities and real estate issues, as well has personal injury and property damage claims. In his role as a mediator, Tom utilizes his extensive litigation experience and in-depth knowledge of the law to facilitate and encourage the search for the amicable resolution of disputes.

Tom was raised in Des Moines, Iowa and lived in Washington D.C. prior to his move to New Orleans in 1992 to attend Tulane University Law School. Tom clerked for the Murray Law Firm while at Tulane, gaining invaluable experience. Following graduation from law school cum laude, he spent a year as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Marcel Livaudais, Jr. on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
